There are many times during the year for making resolutions, New Year’s of course being the big one for most people. But spring is also a common time when people start to feel rejuvenated and want to make healthier choices - especially eating better and getting more exercise. When it comes to exercise you can’t go wrong with some of the great deals being offered by the local gyms. Of course you can just get out doors to hike and bike your way to good health. Healthier eating can be a challenge, but sometimes it’s not as hard if you just take small steps. Don’t give up everything you love and crave all at once, but try to eat less of it and to cut off eating earlier in the evening. Sitting down with a big dessert or chips in front of the television at nine at night is not good for your body or your weight.
